Without doubt one of the best choices for setting up a tax free structure is to use a Delaware LLC. Most people are surprised when we tell them that the USA offers one of the most efficient tax saving entities in the world. A registered agent acts on the corporation's behalf in the state of incorporation; it fulfils the primary duties of providing a registered office address, receiving service of legal papers, and being a local contact point for the Secretary of State or other government agencies. For example, if the corporation were sued, notice would be served upon the registered agent, who would then contact the corporation or LLC. The registered agent also receives any tax notices, such as franchise tax and forwards it to the client. A professional agent can also assist you with keeping your corporation or LLC in good standing by obtaining certificates of good standing/existence, and attending to other questions relating to maintaining your corporation/LLC.
